How we make money
DawnLedger is free to read. We keep it that way through affiliate partnerships — and we think you deserve to know exactly how that works.
Affiliate commissions
Some links to debt relief providers on this site are affiliate links. If you visit a provider through one of them and go on to request a quote or enroll, we may receive a commission from that provider — at no additional cost to you. You're sent to the provider's own website; we don't collect your financial information, and the price you get is the same as if you'd gone there directly.
Why it doesn't bias us
Commissions never determine who appears, in what order, or how we rate them. Rankings follow a published methodology based on accreditation, fee transparency, state availability, and customer outcomes. We include providers that don't pay us when they're the better fit, and we flag the downsides of providers that do.
Clear disclosure
Every page with affiliate links carries a visible disclosure near those links, in line with FTC guidance. We will never disguise an advertisement as independent editorial.
We're a publisher, not a provider
DawnLedger is not a debt relief company, lender, or law firm. We don't charge you anything, we don't take upfront fees, and we don't process enrollments. Read our editorial policy for the full picture.
